- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I am a fairly new business, and hired this firm. I chose them in confidence they could help me with my business. After doing my taxes for the business for the first time, and charging me a fortune, I had no idea what to do next. I was given envelopes (by staff) and was told "Here you go". No instructions as to how much due, or how much to pay moving forward. I guess this was my job to figure out. I called, left messages, no return call. So I emailed him (He was busy). After emailing Nagendra regarding upcoming taxes, he began speaking of payroll rather than the issue at hand. Instead of setting an appointment or even speaking on the phone, I felt like I was blown off and not given the attention I needed or deserved. After all. I hired them for advice, not to figure things out myself. I am sure his credentials are ok, but as far as service...HORRIBLE! I did recently request a copy of my return and Kevin provided right away.
